2. Zwecke und Datenkategorien

Wir verarbeiten Daten zur Bereitstellung der Plattform, zur Kontoverwaltung, zur Match-Erstellung, zur Sicherheit und zur technischen Analyse.

• Kontodaten: E-Mail, Nickname, optional voller Name, Passwort-Hash, Kontostatus.
• Spiel-/Profildaten: Wallet-/Stack-Werte, Matchdaten, ELO, Rebuy- und Statistikdaten.
• Technische Daten: Client-Token, Session-ID, Seite, ggf. Match-ID, User-Agent, Zeitstempel.
• Analyse/Sicherheit: gehashte IP, Seitenwechsel pro Session, gestartete Matches pro Session.

3. Rechtsgrundlagen

• Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertrag / vorvertragliche Maßnahmen)
• Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO (rechtliche Verpflichtungen)
• Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse: Sicherheit, Stabilität, Missbrauchsprävention)
• Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung, soweit erforderlich)

4. Cookies und Local Storage

Die Plattform nutzt Cookies/Local Storage für technische Funktionen und Einstellungen (z.B. Sprache, Theme, Session-ID, Consent).

Beispiele: bc_cookie_consent, bc_session_id, bc_lang, bc_board_size, bc_client.

Soweit Speichern/Auslesen nicht technisch notwendig ist, erfolgt es auf Grundlage einer Einwilligung (§ 25 TDDDG i.V.m. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

5. Tracking (Heartbeat)

Lobby und Match-Seite senden regelmäßig Heartbeat-Ereignisse an den Server. Dabei können Session-ID, Client-Token, Seite, Match-ID, User-Agent, gehashte IP und Zeitstempel verarbeitet werden.

6. Speicherdauer

Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es für Zwecke oder gesetzliche Pflichten erforderlich ist.

Analyse-Sessiondaten werden nach aktueller Implementierung regelmäßig bereinigt (Zielwert: max. 60 Tage Inaktivität).

7. Empfänger

Eine Weitergabe erfolgt nur, soweit für den Betrieb erforderlich (z.B. Hosting, E-Mail-Dienst) und auf geeigneter Rechtsgrundlage.

Aktuell eingesetzte Dienstleister: Hosting über IONOS, E-Mail-Dienst Resend.

8. Betroffenenrechte

Sie haben insbesondere Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Widerruf erteilter Einwilligungen.

9. Beschwerderecht

Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO).

10. Änderungen

Diese Datenschutzerklärung kann bei rechtlichen oder technischen Änderungen aktualisiert werden. Maßgeblich ist die jeweils veröffentlichte Fassung.

We process data to provide the platform, manage accounts, create matches, ensure security, and run technical analytics.

• Account data: email, nickname, optional full name, password hash, account status.
• Game/profile data: wallet/stack values, match history, ELO, rebuy and statistics data.
• Technical data: client token, session ID, page, optional match ID, user agent, timestamps.
• Analytics/security: hashed IP, page transitions per session, matches started per session.

4. Cookies and local storage

The platform uses cookies/local storage for technical features and settings (e.g., language, theme, session ID, consent).

Examples: bc_cookie_consent, bc_session_id, bc_lang, bc_board_size, bc_client.

Where storage/access is not strictly necessary, it is based on consent (Section 25 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Tracking (heartbeat)

Lobby and match pages regularly send heartbeat events to the server. This may include session ID, client token, page, match ID, user agent, hashed IP, and timestamps.

6. Retention

Data is stored only as long as necessary for purposes or legal obligations.

According to the current implementation, analytics session records are cleaned regularly (target: max. 60 days of inactivity).

7. Recipients

Data is shared only where needed for operation (e.g., hosting, email provider) and on a valid legal basis.

Currently used providers: hosting via IONOS, email provider Resend.

8. Data subject rights

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when legal or technical conditions change. The currently published version applies.

Tratamos datos para prestar la plataforma, gestionar cuentas, crear partidas, garantizar seguridad y realizar análisis técnicos.

• Datos de cuenta: correo, apodo, nombre completo opcional, hash de contraseña, estado de cuenta.
• Datos de juego/perfil: valores de wallet/stack, historial de partidas, ELO, datos de rebuy y estadísticas.
• Datos técnicos: token de cliente, ID de sesión, página, ID de partida opcional, user-agent, marcas de tiempo.
• Análisis/seguridad: IP hasheada, cambios de página por sesión, partidas iniciadas por sesión.

Cuando el almacenamiento/lectura no sea estrictamente necesario, se basa en consentimiento (art. 25 TDDDG junto con art. 6.1.a RGPD).

5. Tracking (heartbeat)

Las páginas de lobby y partida envían periódicamente eventos de heartbeat al servidor. Esto puede incluir ID de sesión, token de cliente, página, ID de partida, user-agent, IP hasheada y marcas de tiempo.

6. Conservación

Los datos se conservan solo el tiempo necesario para la finalidad o por obligación legal.

Según la implementación actual, los registros de sesiones analíticas se limpian periódicamente (objetivo: máximo 60 días de inactividad).

7. Destinatarios

Los datos solo se comparten cuando es necesario para operar el servicio (p. ej. hosting, proveedor de correo) y con base legal válida.

Proveedores usados actualmente: hosting con IONOS y servicio de correo Resend.

8. Derechos de las personas interesadas

Tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad, oposición y retirada del consentimiento.

9. Derecho de reclamación

Puedes presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control (art. 77 RGPD).

10. Cambios
